Each pontoon is built on top of the pontoon tubes. Only select, marine-grade, fifty-fifty-two (5052) alloy aluminum makes the cut. The flat aluminum is carefully fed into the CNC roller to ensure an exact cylinder is created each and every time. The cylinder is bonded together by an automated precision CNC controlled seem welder. Chambered baffles are installed to maintain its superior strength, and cylinder sections are added to reach the desired length of the pontoon model.

FISH AND CRUISE PONTOONS

For the family that loves to comfortably cruise with friends and family, but also wants the versatility to spend a day on the water fishing. These crossover models are available in three lengths, twenty, twenty-two and twenty-four foot, and are standard with two rear fishing seats. Additional deluxe options are available on these models to enhance your on-the-water experience and pride of ownership. Fish table with embossed ruler and livewell really sets these models apart. Reclining helm chair, choice of upscale flooring options, stainless boarding ladder and interior or exterior mood lighting are some of the many options you can add to this very versatile craft.
DELUXE CRUISE PONTOONS
When nothing but the best will do, you won’t have to look any further than the C-Eighty-Five-Eighteen Deluxe Cruise pontoon. Available in sixteen, eighteen, twenty, twenty-two and up to twenty-four feet in length, these pontoons have it all. They feature attractive flush to top colored wall panels, accented with chrome logos. The deluxe console is complete with windshield, chrome steering wheel, Bluetooth stereo and gauges, giving the pontoon a luxurious look. Polished corner castings, stainless cleats and tube skirting, all make these models elegant from top to bottom.
SPORT TOON PONTOONS
With twelve different models to choose from, all sport toon models have all features of our deluxe cruise models and then some.  Hydraulic steering, twenty-seven-gallon built-in fuel tank, lifting strakes and skinned bottom are all included to enhance your performance and comfort.  Horsepower ratings range from one-fifteen all the way up to two hundred horse on our twenty-four-foot models.  Our twenty-five-inch center pontoon increases stability and a noticeable tighter turning radius.

TRIPLE TOON PONTOONS
It’s the ultimate high performance and luxurious pontoon! These models are all twenty-four-feet in length and rated for two hundred and fifty horsepower. They include all the same features of our Sport-Toon Deluxe models and much more. A thirty-eight-gallon fuel tank, built in floor storage with bilge, docking lights and a built in nine-inch Simrad with digital switching are all standard features in these models. If you have the need for some speed and luxury, these pontoons are for you.​
FISHING PONTOONS
Designed for the avid angler, these models offer well thought out and logical features that will enhance your fishing experience. The eight models of fishing pontoons range from a highly maneuverable sixteen-footer and get as large as twenty-two feet and feature premium fishing seats, a fourteen-gallon aerated livewell, and convenient rod holders. A comfortable helm/console area keeps you in control and allows ample mounting surfaces for vital electronics. These fishing machines have the best value in the market. The most discriminating angler will surely find a model to fit his or her needs. All Montego Bay fishing pontoons are eight and a half feet wide. Standard features include rear entry, a rear boarding ladder, asiago vinyl and a comfortable helm chair. Optional items include a gauge package, fish locator, windshield, tube skirting, corner castings upgrade, front corner storage, and rod holder upgrade.​
